"The formation of our club in 1925 has yielded such enjoyment that ensures it will stay alive. 82 years of hard work and dedication to the cause merit the greatest admiration, which we should all applaud. The friendships that have flourished between members and from other clubs as well. Epitomising sportsmanship and loyalty allowing these qualities to excel our annual matches with our comrades from golf club at L’Ancresse. The game of golf, the social event guarantee these days are up there with the best.
